Note
Timer pulse duration selection refers to treatment in Stationary mode
only. In-Motion mode selection will disable Timer option.
5. Plasma Intensity indicates RF intensity to be delivered. At each intensity level the bar will
change from Superficial (25%) to Deep (75%):
Superficial is the lowest spark intensity at the preinstalled RF power.
Deep is the highest spark intensity at the same RF energy
6. Gentle/Strong toggles the system between working frequencies.
Strong mode utilizes longer pulses which induces more discomfort
Gentle mode utilizes shorter pulses which induces less discomfort
7. Stationary/ In motion toggles the system between In-motion and Stationary (time dependent) modes
* Colibri tips are only used in Stationary mode
8. Standby/Ready Softkey toggles the system between Standby and Ready modes:
Press the STANDBY key to switch the system to Ready mode.
Press the READY key to switch the system to Standby mode.
9. Save saves the current parameter settings.
Every time the system is turned on it loads the default set of operating parameters.
If desired, you can save your own set of parameters to replace the default settings.
Caution
Saving the settings deletes and overwrites the current default parameters (or
any previously saved settings).
To save the settings:
a) Set the system to Standby mode.
b) Set the desired operating parameters.
c) Press the SAVE softkey; the system deletes the previous default (or any previously saved)
setting and stores the new default settings.
Once saved, the system recalls the new settings the next time it is turned on.
10. Load Key reloads the last-saved default parameter settings to the screen.
11. Back press the Back button to go back to previous screen.
Changing Operation Parameters during Operation
Any of the operating parameters may be changed during operation as follows:
1. Release the trigger and footswitch.
2. Change from Ready to Standby mode by pressing the Standby softkey on the touch-screen LCD.
3. Change the setup parameters as desired.
