Operating the Drain Valve
Theexternaldrainvalveconsistsofa
simpleturn&lockmechanismandan
innertwistcap.Waterwillnotowout
ofthedrainunlessitisinthe‘owopen’
positionandtheinnertwistcaphas
beenunscrewed.
Flow locked

Inner twist cap still to be

Startwiththedraininthe‘Flow
locked’position(extended).
Screwonthemale-endhose
attachment.
Unthreadtheinnertwistcapand
remove it.
Attachyourhoseandruntheend
toadrainlocation.
Threadinthehose-adapterpiece.
Pushinandtwistthevalveanti-
clockwiseintothe‘owopen’
position(retracted)tobegin
drainingthewater.
