View card details Select a card to view more information.
Delete a card Press and hold a card, and then tap Remove.
Add a PIN to restrict access to your wallet card details From the left panel, tap Create PIN.
Note: Your wallet PIN is different from the Lock Screen
PIN for your phone.
Change PIN or reset a forgotten PIN From the left panel, tap Change PIN. You will be
prompted to enter your current PIN before you can set a
new one.
Note: You need a network connection to change your
PIN.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, tap Forgot your wallet
PIN? You will be prompted to log in to your Amazon
account in order to reset your wallet PIN.
View and refresh the balance (of 3rd party non-Amazon
gift cards)
The current balance of your cards will automatically be
displayed, if available.
Note: Not all 3rd party gift cards support balance look-up.
New cards are still being added.
To refresh the available balances, swipe down on the
Home screen of the app to initiate a refresh.
