If you have the methane option, you are also prompted to apply the
methane span gas to the calibration gas inlet port of the sensor (tubing
must be free of oil and dirt):

4. Press Enter when you have applied your methane span gas. You are
prompted to calibrate the methane span gas.

Press ENTER to Span Meth
5. Press Enter when the methane span gas reading stabilizes on the far left
of the display.
If you specified a recovery time, the system will display the recovery time
remaining:

System Calibrating
The system then returns to monitoring process readings.
Be sure to reinsert the 1/4” tube cap on the calibration inlet port on
the sensor once you have completed the manual calibration. This pre-
vents air from getting into the sample gas line during normal opera-
tions.
