Combustibles and Methane Card LEDs
Alarm relays for combustibles are labeled on the wiring card and in
software as Alarm 5 & 6 and for methane they are labeled Alarm 7
& 8. LEDs are clearly labeled on the combustibles and methane card.
1 is on the far right of the card as you look at it. All LEDs denote an
Alarm relay is energized (contact closed).

Combustibles Alarm #1 relay is energized (contact closed).
Corresponds to Alarm 5 in software.

Combustibles 2
Combustibles Alarm #2 relay is energized (contact closed).
Corresponds to Alarm 6 in software.

Methane 1
Methane Alarm #1 relay is energized (contact closed).
Corresponds to Alarm 7 in software.

Methane 2
Methane Alarm #2 relay is energized (contact closed).
Corresponds to Alarm 8 in software.
Sensor Board (80471SE) LEDs
Two diagnostic LED indicators are on the sensor board. DS1 is located
near the relay on the board and DS2 is located near the end of the num-
bered terminal strip.

GREEN Furnace is operating normally
OFF Over temperature shut-down has been activated
OFF No 15 Volt DC power provided to sensor board from

OFF Oxygen-only system (no RTD and SW1) all position
to “ON”
Blinking GREEN Sensor enclosure not at setpoint temperature
GREEN Sensor enclosure over temperature
Blinking Green &
Blinking RED
Sensopr enclosure over temperature
Blinking Red Switch setup invalid
RED Sensor Temperature RTD circuit error (RTD open or
shorted)
YELLOW Indeterminate error
