4.4 Pre-Alarm Condition
When a Pre-Alarm event occurs, the following actions take place.
 The associated LED will operate
 The condition will be reported on the LCD.
 The event will be logged and printed, where a printer is fitted.
 All outputs configured to operate under this condition will operate
