Because most tillage implements are raised and lowered when being used, it is best
to install the sensor at, or on, the tractor's lever arm (see figure above). The sensor
can also be installed elsewhere where there is a mechanical movement of more
than 50 mm. There should be a distance of at least approx. 5 mm between the
sensor and the magnet. For coupled tillage implements, the sensor can be installed
on the chassis, because the hoist is not being used here. The programming (for the
position in which work is to be carried out) can be adjusted for this.
