Connecting an HDTV — Single Connection for Video/Audio
This section describes steps to connection the DCX to an HDTV using connection options that combine
video and audio into a single cable.
Cable In
Connect an RF coaxial cable to the cable wall outlet and the cable in connector on the DCX set-top.
HDMI
If the TV has an HDMI input, this is for both audio and video if you are using the TV speakers. Connect a
Standard HDMI cable to the TV and to the HDMI connector on the DCX set-top.

Note: Only (1) HDTV video/audio connection needs to be made to an HDTV.

Note: Optional HDMI connection to A/V Receiver shown but not required.
