Dial, delete or edit directory entries
To dial, delete or edit a directory entry (name and number), the entry must be
displayed on the screen. Use Review the directory (page 69) or
Search by name (page 70) to show an entry.
Display dial
To dial a displayed number from the directory, press
PHONE/FLASH or
/SPEAKER on the handset, or /SPEAKER on the telephone base.
Delete a directory entry
Using a cordless handset:
To delete the displayed directory entry, press
MUTE/DELETE.
Press
MENU/SELECTÇÂ¶ÂÁèÅÀ²ÂÈ¶´ÁÁÂÇŸÇż¸É¸´·¸¿¸Ç¸·
entry.
Using the telephone base:
To delete the displayed directory entry, press X/DELETE.
Press
MENU/SELECTÇÂ¶ÂÁèÅÀ²ÂÈ¶´ÁÁÂÇŸÇż¸É¸´
deleted entry.
