Call block settings
3. To edit the name:
f Use the dialing keys to enter characters.
f Press qCALLER ID or pDIRECTORY to move the cursor
to the le or right.
f Press 0 to add a space.
f Press X/DELETE to erase a character.
f Press and hold X/DELETE to erase all characters.
f Press TONE to change the next letter to upper or lower case.
4. Press SAVE to conrm. The screen shows Saved to star name list.
Delete a star name entry:
Using a cordless handset or the telephone base:
1. Search for the desired entry in the star name list (see Review star name
list on page 130).
2. When the desired entry displays, press MUTE/DELETE on the handset or
X/DELETE on the telephone base. The screen shows Delete entry?.
3. Press YES to confirm. The screen show Entry deleted, and the next entry
displays. You cannot retrieve a deleted entry.
Delete all star name entries:
Using a cordless handset or the telephone base:
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press

CID or

DIR on the handset, or press qCALLER ID or pDIRECTORY on
the telephone base to scroll to Smart call blk, then press SELECT.
3. Press

CID or

DIR on the handset, or press qCALLER ID or pDIRECTORY on
the telephone base to scroll to Star name list, then press SELECT.
4. Press

CID or

DIR on the handset, or press qCALLER ID or pDIRECTORY on
the telephone base to scroll to Delete all, then press SELECT. The screen
shows Delete all in star name list?.
5. Press YES to conrm. The screen displays Deleted. There is a conrmation
tone.
