Caller ID history
Delete caller ID history
While reviewing a caller ID history entry from a
cordless handset or the telephone base:
Press the MENU softkey.
Press the 4 key or press the or softkey to
choose DELETE CID, and press the OK softkey.
To delete the displayed entry, press the THIS
softkey.
- OR -
To delete all entries, press the ALL softkey. The
screen will display ARE YOU SURE? Press the
YES softkey to confirm or press the NO softkey
to return to previous screen.
Save caller ID history to the directory
While reviewing a caller ID history entry from a
cordless handset or the telephone base:
Press the MENU softkey.
Press the or softkey to choose SAVE TO
MEM and press the OK softkey.
-OR-
Press the 7 key.
The screen will display ENTRY HAS BEEN
STORED!
NOTE: If both the name and number are not provided,
INVALID NUMBER UNABLE TO STORE will be displayed.
