Office
Commands
The
form
displays
the
name
of
the
file
you
are
copying.
In
the
illustration
above,
the
name
of
the
file
being
copied
is
example.

Type
a
new
name
for
the
copied
file
in
the
form.

Point
to
[OK]
and
press
<Bl>,
or
press
<Enter>.
The
folder
now
contains
both
the
original
file
and
the
copy
with
the
new
name.
Copying
a
File
into
Another
Folder
When
you
copy
a
file
into
another
folder,
the
name
of
the
file
does
not
change.
If
you
want
to
rename
the
duplicate
file,
complete
the
Copy
procedure
and
then
use
the
Rename
command.
If
the
destination
folder
already
contains
a
file
with
the
same
name
as
the
file
you
are
copying,
you
will
be
prompted
to
give
the
file
a
new
name,
as
you
are
when
you
copy
a
file
within
a
folder.
To
copy
a
file
into
another
folder:
1
Open
or
resume
the
folder
containing
the
file
you
want
to
copy.

Point
to
the
file
you
want
to
copy.

Press
<Copy>
or
select
I
Copy
I
from
the
Commands
menu.
The
message
Open
destination
folder
and
touch
PASTE
appears.

Open
or
resume
the
folder
where
you
want
to
place
the
copied
file.

Press
[PASTE]
or
select
IPastel
from
the
Commands
menu.
The
file
is
copied
into
the
destination
folder
with
the
same
file
name.
If
you
want
to
give
the
duplicate
file
a
new
name,
use
the
Rename
command.
