Using Floppy Disks
Insertjng Floppy Djsks into the Computer
To insert a floppy disk in the floppy disk drive:
1 Make sure the power is on.
2 Remove the keyboard from the keyboard storage
pad to expose the floppy disk drive.
3 Press the lever on the right side of the disk
drive up and to the right, as indicated by
the arrows on the drive.
4 Position the floppy disk label side up with
the write-protect notch or protective tape to
your left.
5 Gently insert the floppy disk into the disk
drive until it stops.
6 Latch the drive shut by pressing the lever
down and to your left so that it locks into
the vertical position.
