Office
Commands
To
see
Help
information
on
a
particular
topic
in
the
Table
of
Contents
display,
point
to
that
topic
and
press
<Enter>.
Use
the
screen
keys
to
display
information
on
related
topics.

When
you
have
finished
viewing
the
Help
information,
press
<Exit>
to
return
to
the
previous
display.
Layout
COmmand
The
Layout
command
shows
the
organization
of
the
folders
contained
in
the
file
system,
beginning
with
the
Filecabinet
or
current
folder.
If
this
command
is
executed
from
the
Office,
the
layout
of
the
Filecabinet
is
displayed.
If
the
command
is
executed
on
an
object
or
folder
that
does
not
contain
any
other
folders,
you
see
the
message
The
current
folder
contains
only
files.
The
Layout
command
is
available
both
from
the
Commands
menu
and
from
the
SHOW
LAYOUT
screen
key.
The
layout
display
is
organized
as
a
menu
of
folders.
You
can
open,
copy,
move,
or
delete
any
folder
displayed
in
the
Layout
menu
by
pointing
to
the
desired
folder
and
then
selecting
the
desired
command.
You
can
use
either
of
these
two
methods
to
execute
the
Layout
command
on
an
open
object:
o
Select
!Layout!
from
the
Commands
menu.
o
Press
[SHOW
LAYOUT] .

To
show
the
layout
of
an
object
(this
example
uses
the
Filecabinet
of
the
tutor
login)

Filecabinet.
You
could
also
have
only
the
Office
open
for
a
complete
Filecabinet
layout.
