Using
Office
Commands
Deleting
Folders
from
the
Layout
Window
You
can
delete
any
of
the
folders
displayed
in
the
Layout
window
by
selecting
them
as
you
normally
would
from
a
Filecabinet
display.
To
delete
any
folder
in
the
Layout
window:
1
Point
to
the
name
of
the
folder
you
want
to
delete.

Press
<Dlete>
or
select
IDeletel
from
the
Commands
menu.
The
folder
and
all
the
files
it
contains
are
deleted
and
moved
to
the
Wastebasket.
Logout
COmmand
The
Logout
command
closes
the
Office
at
the
end
of
a
UNIX PC
session.
This
command
leaves
the
UNIX PC
with
the
login
display
and
reduces
the
chance
of
unauthorized
users
gaining
access
to
your
folders
and
files.
You
can
log
out
in
one
of
three
ways:
using
the
[X]
icon
on
the
Office
window,
using
the
Exit
key
from
the
Office
window,
or
using
the
Commands
menu.
To
log
out
using
the
[X]
icon:

Close
all
application
windows.

Resume
the
Office
window.

Point
to
the
[X]
icon
at
the
bottom
of
the
Office
window
and
press
<BI>.
