Using
Office
Commands
Deleting
Several
Folders
and
Files
To
delete
several
folders
and
files:
1
Open
or
resume
the
folder
containing
the
folders
and
files
you
want
to
delete.

Point
to
the
first
folder
or
file
you
want
to
delete
and
press
<Mark>.

Continue
pointing
and
pressing
<B3>
or
<Mark>
until
you
have
highlighted
all
the
folders
and
files
you
want
to
delete.

Press
<Dlete>
or
select
IDeletel
from
the
Commands
menu.
The
previously
highlighted
folders
and
files
are
moved
to
the
Wastebasket.
Deleting
Files
from
the
Wastebasket
Because
all
deleted
folders
and
files
are
moved
to
the
Wastebasket,
you
are
given
a
second
chance
to
be
sure
you
no
longer
want
these
objects.
You
can
retrieve
files
from
the
Wastebasket
by
moving
them
back
to
any
folder.
To
do
this,
open
the
Wastebasket
and
use
the
Move
command.
Once
a
folder
or
file
is
deleted
from
the
Wastebasket,
it
is
deleted
from
the
system.
You
should
clear
out
your
Wastebasket
periodically
to
clear
space
on
your
hard
disk.
You
can
choose
to
clear
your
Wastebasket
automatically
by
using
the
Empty
Wastebasket?
selection
of
the
Office
Preferences
form.

delete

the
Wastebasket:

open
the
Wastebasket.
You
see
a
list
of
all
the
folders
and
files
in
the
Wastebasket.
