Using
Office
Commands
You
can
open,
copy,
delete,
or
move
any
of
the
files
or
folders,
or
run
an
executable
file,
by
pointing
to
the
name
in
the
Find
window
and
then
selecting
the
desired
command.
When
you
do
so,
the
Find
window
closes.
The
fields
in
the
Find
form
are
explained
below.

Use
this
field
to
type
the
name
of
a
file
or
folder
you
want
to
locate.
If
you
are
not
sure
of
the
name,
or
if
you
want
to
find
all
files
with
similar
names,
you
can
use
*
to
search
for
groups
of
files.
For
example,
to
search
for
all
files
with
names
starting
with
the
letter
d,
you
could
type:
d*
~
Use
this
field
to
enter
the
type
of
file
you
want
to
locate.
This
field
supplies
a
list
of
the
file
types
available
on
your
system,
which
you
can
display
by
pressing
the
B2
mouse
button
or
the
Cmd
or
Opts
key,
or
you
can
display
each
choice
in
succession
by
pressing
the
B3
mouse
button
or
the
Mark
key.
If
you
are
not
sure
of
the
type
or
want
to
include
all
types
of
files
in
the
search,
leave
this
field
blank.
If
you
have
not
installed
any
optional
software,
you
see
the
following
choices:
