can
use
the
Organize
command
to
change
the
displays
to:
o
The
long
form,
in
which
the
date
the
file
was
last
changed
or
restored
and
the
size
of
the
file
or
folder
are
displayed.
o
The
name-only
form,
in
which
the
description
is
omitted.
You
can
also
change
the
order
in
which
the
entries
are
displayed
to
any
of
the
following:
o
Most
recently
created
or
changed
first
o
Least
recently
created
or
changed
first
o
Largest
in
size
first
o
Smallest
in
size
first
o
Alphabetical
by
type
(description)
The
new
organization
is
used
only
as
long
as
the
window
is
open.
If
you
close
the
object
and
then
open
it
again,
it
returns
to
the
default
organization.
The
default
organization
can
also
be
changed.

more

You
can
use
either
of
these
methods
to
enter
the
Organize
command:

Press
[ORGANIZE]

Select

Organize

from
the
Commands
menu.

To
organize
an
object
or
folder
display:

Open
or
resume
the
object
or
folder
that
you
want
to
organize.
