Using
Office
Commands
You
can
set
access
permissions
for
your
Eilecabinet,
for
each
folder,
or
for
each
file.
Eor
instance,
if
you
have
a
file
that
has
public
read
permission
and
prjyate
write
permission,
all
users
can
examine
or
copy
the
file,
but
only
the
owner
can
modify
it.
You
can
use
either
of
these
methods
to
enter
the
Security
command:
o
Press
[SECURITY]
o
Select
I
Security
I
from
the
Commands
menu.

To
change
the
security
permissions
of
a
file
or
folder:

Open
or
resume
the
object
or
folder
containing
the
file
or
folder
for
which
you
want
to
change
the
security
permissions.

Point
to
the
file
or
folder
you
want
to
change.

Press
[SECURITY]
or
select
I
Security
I
from
the
Commands
menu.
You
see
the
Security
form
that
displays
the
settings
currently
in
effect
for
the
folder
or
file.

select
the
example
file,

form
