Multi-user items?
No is the default entry. The Other Users object does
not appear in your Office window. See "Working with
Other Users" in this section.
Yes: The Other Users object appears in your Office
window, so you can access other users' Offices from
your own Office window.
Note
Groups can be created only if you have
installed specific applications that
support group access. If you do not
have any applications that support group
access, group access functions as public
access.
Command menu:
Yes is the default entry. Every time you press the Cmd
key or the B2 mouse button, you see the Commands menu.
No: You do not see the Commands menu when you press
the Cmd key or the B2 mouse button. Instead, you see
the Enter command: prompt. Select No only if you are
familiar with typing Office commands.
Turn screen off: To set up automatic blanking of your
screen, type a number from 1 through 59. This number
specifies the number of elapsed minutes before your
screen goes blank when there is no input. If you do
not want the screen to blank automatically, specify 0
minutes. You prolong the life of your screen by
blanking it when you're not using it. As soon as you
press any key or move the mouse, the screen display is
restored. Note that this field sets automatic blanking
for all console users on the system not for indivjdual
user logins.
