Changing
the
System
Date
and
Time
The
UNIX
PC
displays
the
date
and
time
in
the
status
line
at
the
top
of
the
screen.
When
you
install
the
system
software,
you
may
need
to
reset
the
date
and
time.
You
can
use
the
Administration
menu
in
the
Office
of
install
to
Change
the
system
date
and
time.
When
you
set
the
date
and
time,
you
can
choose
from
24
time
zones
and
2
date
display
formats
(American
and
European).
This
feature
is
useful
for
calculating
times
for
time-conscious
applications
such
as
Electronic
Mail
or
Telephone
Manager.
Also,
you
can
set
the
daylight
savings
feature
to
accommodate
daylight
savings
changes
automatically
if
your
area
of
the
country
uses
daylight
savings.
