Updating the UNIX PC
Each of the lettered zones is assigned a
number, some preceded by a minus sign (-)
Zones preceded by a minus sign are ~ of
Greenwich, England. Other zones are ~ of
Greenwich, England. Check an atlas to
determine time zones outside the continental
United States.
2 Point to the time zone you want to use, and
then press <Enter>.
3 Press <Return>.
The highlight moves to the Is Daylight
Savings Time EVER used? field.
To set daylight savings time:
1 If your area of the country sets the time
ahead one hour in the Spring and back an hour
in the Fall, you should select IYESI for
daylight savings.
Press <Mark> until you see YES.
2 Press <Return>.
The highlight moves to the Date display
Format field.
To set the date display format:
o Press <Mark> to select American (Wed Apr 16)
or European (Wed 16 Apr) .
When you are satisfied with the values entered in the
form, complete the following steps:

1 Press <Enter>.
The New Date and Time form appears.

confirming.
2 Press <Enter> again to confirm.
