The floppy disks used in these backup
operations are usable only by the
Restore function; they are not usable
from the Office window.
Using the Disk Backup Selection
All backups are started from the Administration menu.
You are informed of the number of disks required
(floppy disks can store approximately 1/3 of a
megabyte) for the type of backup you are performing.
To perform a backup:

1 Point to I Administration I in the Office of
any user name.
2 Press <Enter>.
The Administration menu appears.
3 Point to IDisk Backup I .
