Basic troubleshooting
"Zero Static Error" message is displayed
Cause 1: The test starts but a torque is applied to the transducer.
Solution 1: Remove the torque applied to the transducer and start the test again.
Cause 2: The test starts on the static torque transducer but the related lever is not tightened.
Solution 2: Tighten the lever and start the test again.
Cause 3: The transducer is yielded.
Solution 3: Contact the local Atlas Copco Customer Center for inspecting/repairing the transducer.
"Over Torque Error" message is displayed
Cause: The test starts but a very high torque is applied to the transducer.
Solution: The tool applies a torque higher than the 120% of the transducer nominal value. "Over Torque
Error" message appears. The test aborts, but the transducer can still operate. When the operator stops
applying torque, the Overload info card is displayed. Tap OK to close the Overload info.
