Deleting a name tag with telephone number
Requirement: The telephone voice operation is on
⇒ page 58.
– Say the command DELETE NAME.
– After being prompted say a previously stored name tag
⇒ page 61.
– After being prompted, say YES to delete a name tag
previously stored in the voice operation phone book. The
name tag deletion is confirmed.
If the user answers NO, the system responds with <Cancel> and the
dialog is ended.

Deleting a phone book
Requirement: The telephone voice operation is on
⇒ page 58.
Deleting the entire phone book
– Say the command DELETE PHONE BOOK.
– After being prompted, say YES.
–Say YES after being prompted to delete the entire phone
book.
Deleting a name tag
– Say the command DELETE PHONE BOOK.
– After being prompted, say NO. The name tags are played.
– Press the talk button while the name tag to be deleted is
being read out.
– After being prompted, say YES. The read name tag is
deleted.
As long as the telephone voice operation phone book is being
played, additional entries can be deleted by pressing the talk
button.
