4.8 Step 8: Check the SIP Trunk Registration Status
This section shows how to check the SIP Trunk Registration Status.
To check if the device successfully registered with BroadCloud service:
1. Open the Registration Status page (Status & Diagnostics tab > VoIP Status >
Registration Status).
2. Check the registration status in the Accounts Registration Status Table.
A successful registration will show as REGISTERED (see the figure below).

Note:
If the status of the device does not shows REGISTERED
connectivity:
• Check the WAN wiring
• Make sure the DMZ configuration is correct on the firewall
• Check WAN IP address configuration (Configuration tab > VoIP > Network > IP
Interface Table)
• Check the BroadCloud credentials in the Accounts table (Configuration tab > VoIP
menu > SIP Definitions > Account Table)
• Check the configuration of the BroadCloud Register Domain (Configuration tab >
VoIP menu > VoIP Network > IP Group Table).
