Introduce the shaft into the bearings by passing it through the two
correctly positioned levers: they must be directed respectively towards
the connecting rod and the spring, the screws and the reference mark
for the arm shaft to the top (see illustrations of the various solutions
above as well as the Chap. 7.1, page 28).
Check the alignment of the arm shaft in relation to the bearings ( Chap. 7.1,
page 28).
Fix the connecting rod on its lever (Screws H).
Fix the spring on the support (Nuts F), don the closed side of the end
stop unit.
Fix the spring on its lever (Pivot G).
Tighten the shaft in the bearings by means of the compression screws.
RTighten the two levers after having checked their alignment on the
shaft ( Chap. 7.1, page 28).
Remount the boom arm ( Chap. 6.4, page 21)
Adjust the tension of the spring ( Chap. 7.2, page 29)
Invert 2 of the 3 phases of the motor (U, V, W, electrical drawings).
Turn ON the power supply using the main circuit breaker (Rep. 24, Fig. 1,
page 9).
