Modifying TV
As time passes, TV4PC program listings may become outdated. New programs may need to be added
and previously listed programs deleted.
• Use Search and Scan to update TV and radio program listings that appear in TV4PC. (See
“Search and Scan Feature” on page 4-7.)
• Use Program Management to add or delete individual programs manually. (See “Program Man-
agement” on page 4-9.)
Monitoring and Performance
Setup4PC has four categories of monitoring equipment to help you troubleshoot.
• To observe or manually control the tuner, click Status at the bottom of Setup4PC. See “Monitor-
ing the Tuner and Performance Statistics” on page 4-13.
• To observe Internet/data stream statistics such as data rate and packet count, click the Statistics
tab. See “Viewing Data Reception Statistics” on page 4-15.
• To observe error packet statistics such as signal/noise ratio and the count of uncorrected packets,
click Status at the bottom of Setup4PC. See “Monitoring the Tuner and Performance Statistics”
on page 4-13.
• To observe the events of a Search and Scan as they happen, the Scanning Status log displays
during a Search and Scan. See “Search and Scan Feature” on page 4-7.
