5.2.11 MPU6 Configuration IButton Cell (Horizon Only)
The horizon machine is fitted with an IButton cell that stores the machines configuration
information that includes the following:
• Hopper Balance
• IButton Information
• Option Switch Settings
5.2.12 MPU6 Ident IButton Cell (Horizon Only)
The horizon machine is fitted with an IButton cell that has the machines security Ident stored.
It replaces the security ident PIC device previously used on MPU5 technology. Without this
the machine will go into a characteriser error alarm.
