b Check that the acceleration control is in “Idle” position.
b Check that the clutch control is in “Neutral” position.
b Check that the 3-way valve is in "Pre-greasing" position as
indicated below.
b Check that the "Pump" switch is in position 1.
b Check that the "Pre-greasing" switch of the control cabinet
is in "ON" position.
b Activate the fi ring key of the control panel
77 72 719 6H, ref. 17 (see sheet B600 - Electrical system) to
trigger automatic pre-greasing.
The pre-greasing pump starts operating and the starter will
only be activated when a 0.7bar pressure is established in
the circuit.
The pre-greasing pump is steered by a specifi c automaton. In
the event of a pump failure, an alarm (red light) is activated
after 3mn.
b Keep the "Override" push button pressed (see bridge panel
- option, ref. 77 74 034 0V) while keeping the fi ring key in
"Start" position to activate direct start-up (see sheet B600 -
Electrical system).

b Once the engine has started, the speed stabilises
at 700rpm.
Note: When the "Pre-greasing" switch of the control cabinet
is positioned on "OFF", start-up is immediate.
