8.3.1 Functional description for the outlets of the central lubrication pump GIGAPLUS
The pump element ( ig. 33) meters the lubricant quantity and supplies it through a non-return valve that is integrated inF
the pump element ( ig. 34) towards the pump outlet where it is forwarded into the lubrication cycle by means of the outletF
fitting ( ig. 33). The pump‘s integrated pressure limiting valve (version ball valve) ( ig. 33) protects the lubrication cycle ifFF
the system pressure exceeds 280 bar.
The outlets are connected in the central lubrication pump through ducts. The outlets are separated by cylinder screws and
sealing rings (1, Fig. 34).
If two or all three outlets are to be combined, screwed sealing plugs must be screwed into the pump outlets (2, Fig. 34).
Except for the pump outlet from which the entire delivery volume of all combined pump elements should be discharged
(3, Fig. 34). The cylinder screws and sealing rings (1, Fig. 34) in the connection ducts must be removed (Fig. 35). The non-
return valve ( ig. 33) prevents the lubricant return into the pump element.F

8.3.2 Example 1: Combining the delivery volumes of all outlets and discharging from outlet 1:
General:
All outlet positions must be equipped with a pump element PE-250G without pressure limiting valve. (Fig. 33)
In outlets 2 and 3, a screwed sealing plug must be fitted (2, Fig. 34).
In outlet 1, an outlet fitting must be installed (3, Fig. 34).
The central lubrication pump must have an integrated pressure limiting valve (version ball valve) ( ig. 33).F
