• Check the following before calling our technical department:
- Is the cable between the modem and the decoder properly connected to one of the
TVconnections ?
- Is the blue Belgacom TV screen displayed? If not, unplug the modem and the decoder
from the wall sockets. Wait 20 seconds. Plug the modem back in, followed bythe
decoder. Start-up may take a few minutes.
• If the problem persists, contact Customer Service on 0800 55 700. Operating hours
are07.00 to 22.00 on weekdays and 08.00 to 22.00 at weekends.
Customer Service is not available on public holidays.

Call freephone 0800 33 331 with your bill to hand.
Keep your last bill at hand because you will need your line number (‘subscriptions’ section).
New customers will  nd this information on their con rmation letter.
Ideally please call us from the place where you are experiencing the problem so that we can
resolve it together. Better still, call from your mobile phone so that we can test your  xed line
straight away so you do not need to call back.
