The input power and motor cables must be of the appropriate type and dimensioned according to applicable national
and local (NEC, etc.) regulations to carry the rated current of the drive. It is recommended that the cables be at least
the size listed below in the following table.

1) Apply the rated torque to terminal screws. Loose terminal screws can cause a short circuit or other malfunction. Over
tightening the terminal screws/bolts may permanently damage the terminals.
2) Use copper (Cu) wires only with 600V, 75Ԩ ratings. For 10~15HP 240V drives, R, S, T and U, V, W terminals are only for
use with insulated ring type connectors.
