> Hold the end of the upper thread in your left hand, and then start sewing.
> If the sewing range is too big to sew, then we recommend to sew the area several times (or cross sew) to
get better sewing result.
6.9 Finishing edges
The zigzag is suitable for all fabrics. It can also be used for elastic seams and for decorative work. Use
darning thread for fine materials. When sewing satin stitch it is recommended to select a dense, short the
zigzag with a stitch length of 0.5 – 0.7 mm. The satin stitch can be used for appliqué and for embroidering.
Prerequisite:
The edge of the fabric should lie flat and not roll.
> Attach the Zigzag foot (DA).
> Attach the Zigzag foot (DA).
> Touch the icon «Practical stitches».
> Neither select too wide a stitch nor too long a stitch.
> Guide the edge of the fabric into the center of the presser foot, so that the needle goes into the fabric
on one side and over the edge into the air on the other side.
