Message on the display Cause Repair
The upper thread is used up. > Insert a new thread spool.
> Rethread.
The upper thread has broken. > Rethread.
The bobbin thread is used up. > Remove the empty bobbin, wind it again and reinsert it.
The threader lever is not raised. > Raise the threader lever.
The buttonhole lever does not
touch the buttonhole foot with
slide (RJ).
> Pull the buttonhole lever down as far as possible until it
engages behind the bracket.
The buttonhole lever is not pulled
down.
The feed dog is lowered.
> Pull the buttonhole lever down as far as possible until it
engages behind the bracket.
> Lift the feed dog.
The needle moves sideways. When the stitch plate is exchanged, this illustration appears
because the needle is likely to move.
The needle moves upwards. > Check whether there are any external objects near the
stitch plate.
> To raise the needle, touch the icon «Confirm».
