Unpacking the Detector
Damaged Packaging
If the delivery packaging shows signs of external damage, please call
your Biotage sales and service office immediately. Inform your service
representative that the detector may have been damaged during
shipment.
“Defective on arrival” problems
If there are signs of damage, please do not attempt to install the
detector. Inspection by Biotage is required to evaluate if the
detector is in good condition or damaged.
Notify your Biotage sales and service office about the damage.
An Biotage service representative will inspect the detector at
your site and initiate appropriate actions.
