4 Using the Detector
Fill the Nebulizer With Solvent
Fill the Nebulizer With Solvent
The nebulizer should be filled with solvent when starting ELSD-A120
for the first time or when the detector has not been used for a while.
1 Fill the syringe supplied with the splitter with ethyl acetate,
acetone, or the solvent you are using.
2 Inject solvent into the eluent inlet at the front of the detector,
using the injection tube supplied with the splitter, until liquid starts
coming out through the waste outlet at the front of the detector.
