6.17 Assisted sale with labels
Only one PLU can be printed on the label. PLU no. and selling price, for example, are coded
in the barcode.
Menu setting
Configuration:
- In menu Operating Mode select 5362, "Assisted sale".
- In menu Operating Modes activate 5361, "Price call-upRecording." and select "Fixed op-
erator key".
- In the Printer menu, select 5321, switch off "Add customer total".
- In menu Printer select 53221, "Print [item]".
Operating procedure
Place article on the scale.
Press a PLU key, e.g. <PLU1>.
Display of PLU text for approx. 1 second, followed by display of operator no. and item
counter.
The label is printed.
6.18 Article with fixed volume and fixed price
With articles having an unknown price/liter, the price is calculated from the fixed volume, e.g.
0.75 l and the fixed price, e.g. EUR 2.00 and then printed.
Menu setting
- In commissioning, switch on the Fixed weight menu, select 6311
- Define article in the PLU maintenance, select 112/ Dept.No./ PLU No./ 1
In PLU type set "Fixed volume".
Enter the fixed price in Unit price, enter the piece price and switch unit price calculation
on or off.
- In the Tare+Weight+Quantity menu, select 112/ Dept.no./ PLU no./ 3: Enter fixed vol-
ume, e.g. 0.750.
Activate menu "Weight for fixed price PLU" if the volume should be printed on the stan-
dard label.
Operating procedure
Call up article, e.g. 1 bottle of juice 0.75 l.
Display of fixed volume, e.g. 0.75 l and fixed price, e.g. 2.00 EUR.
With unit price calculation, price/liter appear in the display.
The price can be overwritten.
