Operating procedure
Place beef on the scale.
Press PLU key, e.g. <PLU1> (beef).
Display PLU text and, depending on the menu setting, the last traceability no.
With key <Esc> PLU can be deleted.
 
Confirm or enter last traceability no., e.g. 12 and press <Enter> key.
The PLU text is displayed again.
Register using operator key, e.g. <OP1>.
The sold quantity is booked in the traceability data sales report.
Press the <Total> key.
Register using operator key, e.g. <OP1>.
The ticket is printed with the PLU text and data of origin. Depending on the menu setting,
negative quantities on the ticket are printer without data of origin.
Changing data of origin
If data of origin have to be changed, this can be handled directly after calling up the traceabil-
ity number.
Press PLU key, e.g. <PLU1> (beef).
Display PLU text and, depending on the menu setting, the last traceability no.
