PROBE COMPONENTS
The probe transmits and receives ultrasound waves, automatically moving its internal transducer 360º to scan
twelve planes to produce a three‑dimensional image of the bladder. The probe is attached to the console by
a cable. The probe has three main features:

PART NAME PURPOSE
Scan button Takes a scan when pressed.
Aiming display
Displays directional arrows to ensure the bladder is centered within the ultrasound field
of view.
Microphone Records voice annotations.
