What to do if BLADDERSCAN Medical Equipment console cannot connect to Scan Point?

If your BLADDERSCAN Medical Equipment console isn't connecting to the Scan Point, first, ensure that you've pressed the Scan Point button and that the console is actively searching for a connection. If that doesn't work, try the 'Find New' button in Scan Point up to three times. As further steps, you can also try turning the console off and on again, followed by pressing the Scan Point button. Alternatively, while the instrument is trying to connect, remove and reinsert the battery, allowing the instrument to power on before pressing the Scan Point button again. On your PC, you can also try clicking 'Find New'.
