16. Conrm the Harness Aachment Point is centered on the back of your neck.
17. Locate the small female buckle on the right side of your chest.
18. Locate the small male buckle on the le side of your chest.
19. Clip the two small buckles together. The chest strap should be horizontal across your chest.
20. If the chest strap is not horizontal and it is on an angle with respect to the ground, use the hook-and-loop
on the right side of your chest strap to adjust the height of the small female buckle. Li the top fabric up,
move the female buckle up or down, then press the fabric back down unl it is secure.
