6. Remove hose assemblies (fig. 48, item 5) from the
hose fittings (fig. 48, item 1).
7. Remove both banjo bolts (fig. 48, item 3) at the
strainer brackets (fig. 48, item 4) of the changeover
valve (fig 47, item4).
8. Clamp the strainer bracket in a vice.
9. Remove both hose fittings from the strainer bracket
using an open-ended wrench.
10. Remove strainer (fig. 48, item 2) from both strainer
brackets and locate the new strainers in the strainer
brackets in their correct position.
11. Tighten the hose fittings (hose fitting with seal)
to the strainer brackets using a torque wrench
(30Nm±2Nm).
12. Remove the strainer bracket from the vice.
13. Secure strainer bracket to changeover valve using
banjo bolts with seals using a torque wrench
(6Nm±0.5Nm).
14. Slide the hose assemblies onto the hose fittings and
secure them.
15. Screw the ground cable to the housing cover.
16. Secure the housing cover using fastening screws
(8x).
