Smart Guard System Storage
Use of all the components of
the Smart Guard System, in-
cluding the Barrier Guard Assembly, Anti-Kick-
back Device, and Riving Knife, is highly recom-
mended to provide protection against accidents
and injury.
Barrier Guard Assembly Storage
(Fig. 30)
When not in use, store the Barrier Guard Assembly
26 under the right side of the Table 13.
Lock the Barrier Guard Assembly 26 into place in
the Barrier Guard Assembly Storage Position 63 in
the same manner as you would attach it to the Riv-
ing Knife 25 but into the Barrier Guard Assembly
Storage Position’s Notch 64 . (See “Attach-
ing the Barrier Guard Assembly” on page 19.)
