Rexroth connection diagrams are only to be used for producing installation
circuit diagrams! The machine manufacturer’s installation circuit diagrams
must be used for wiring the installation!
● Lay signal lines separately from the load resistance lines because of the occurrence
of interference.
● Transmit analog signals (e.g. command values, actual values) via shielded lines.
● Do not connect mains, DC bus or power cores to low voltages or allow them to come
into contact with these.
● When carrying out a high voltage test or an applied-overvoltage withstand test on
the machine’s electrical equipment, disconnect all connections to the devices. This
protects the electronic components (allowed in accordance with EN 60204-1). Dur‐
ing their routine testing, Rexroth frequency converters are tested for high voltage (in
accordance with EN 61800-5-1:2007, section 5.2.3.2) and insulation (in accordance
with EN 60204-1:2006, section 18.3).
Risk of damage to the frequency converter by con‐
necting and disconnecting live connections!
Do not connect and disconnect live connections.
