5. Click “Mixer Update” then you will see the Update dialog.
6. Enable Software Update, select
BMixerDSP bin file and click Begin Update
button, then the user will see a prompt
“Warning:...This will erase…. “. Click OK.
7. The system firmware process will start.
First it will erase the memory, then it will
write the file to memory, and then it will
verify the memory.
8. Finally the program will prompt user to
power cycle the amplifier.
9. You may need to restablish the com port
at this point by pressing the “Open Port”
button.
10. Using the same procdure as in step 6
enable the EQ preset, select the correct BoseSpkrEQPreset.bin file and begin the EQ update.
You will see the same warning prompt as before. Click “OK” to continue.
11. When the update is complete the program will prompt the user to power cycle the amplifier
again. At this point the upgrade is complete. Exit update program if no further update is re-
quired.
