open OUT “R” OUT “I” OUT “A”
OUT “C” (compressor), close all
valves once a pressure of 0 bar is
reached.
Solutions could be in order:
o Clean OUT “R”
o Substitution of OUT “R”
o Substitution of manifold
11. Hoses emptying not
completed with system
under pressure
Compressor fault
First of all, check for leaks from
OUT “R”.
o Replace the compressor
12. Hoses emptying not
completed.
With pressure at 0 bar
(empty circuit)
Pressure sensor not
calibrated
First of all, check for leaks from
OUT “R”.
o Calibrate the pressure sensor
13. Initial verification not
correctly carried out.
Mistake during procedure.
Repeat pressure sensor calibration.
14. Power cut-off by pressure
switch.
o Check valve before
internal vessel blocked
o Manual valve before
internal vessel closed
o Substitute hose of check
valve
o Open manual valve
