3.4.4 TDR Restart Connections
TDR Restarts are used to pause the TDR until an external event (contact closure) has
occurred. They may indicate that a basket is ready to be picked up, a basket is blocking a
drop-off station, a cover is open or that the operator has inspected the load and it is ready to
be processed.
The degreaser controller can signal that the vapor zone has been established. To prevent the
TDR from processing loads until the vapor zone has been established: connect a wire from
Relay Board J38 to any of the TB4 common terminals and a wire from Relay Board TB39 to
one of the TB4 restart connections. Program the TDR to pause until the corresponding
Restart has closed.
TDR Restarts 1-6 are available for use. Restarts 7 and 8 are reserved by the power cover.
