[n] is circuit number (1 or 2)
[valve] is Valve identifier:
0 = Cool
1 = Not Used
2 = Defrost
3 = Not Used
4 = Not Used
5 = Not Used
Return Value: [A][n] [n] = 0 valve closed [n] = 1 valve open

Security Level Get: 1 Set: N/A
