1. Remove the screw 1, and then remove the BH switch assy. 1.

3 Removal of Thread take-up lever link
1. Remove the 2 screws 1, and then pull the take-up support shaft 1, and
then remove the washer, spring 2 and the thread take-up lever link 3.
*Key point
• Pull the thread take-up lever link 3 from the shaft of the
thread take-up lever 4.
2. Remove the retaining ring E5 from the take-up support shaft 1.
